Daya4d Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between daya4d and all users who access or use the platform, website, mobile app, or any services provided by daya4d.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the daya4d platform, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. This acceptance takes effect immediately from the date you first use the platform.

Daya4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of any material changes will be delivered to members via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the daya4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be an individual and not represent any business entity or organization in a personal registration capacity.
• You are not on any list of individuals excluded from gambling or online gaming by any authority or regulatory body.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party in any capacity in connection with the use of your daya4d account.
• You are not using any automated software, bots, or unauthorized methods to interact with the daya4d platform.

Daya4d reserves the right to request proof of identity to verify a member's eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the account being suspended while the verification process is carried out.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account daya4d. Owning more than one account, whether directly or through another individual using the same name, email address, phone number, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your identification card, an active email address, a valid Malaysian local phone number, and your actual date of birth.

Daya4d implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of compliance with industry standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a copy of a valid identification card or passport, and proof of residential address, particularly before your first withdrawal or when transaction amounts exceed a certain threshold.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account login credentials — username and password — are kept secure and not shared with any other party. daya4d shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login information.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Daya4d supports a variety of local payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including FPX (Internet Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the full security of every financial transaction.

The minimum deposit limit depends on the chosen payment method. All current limits are clearly displayed on the platform's deposit page. daya4d does not impose any additional charges for the deposit process, although payment providers may apply their own fees in certain situations.

For withdrawals, members are required to have completed the KYC process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name. daya4d does not process any withdrawal to a third party under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM 50.00 per transaction.

The general conditions applicable to all daya4d bonuses are as follows:

6 Game Rules

8 Account Security

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• Activity indicating attempts at fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or a court order.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, daya4d reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If closure is due to technical or security reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the daya4d support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance requirements have been fulfilled.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, daya4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond daya4d's reasonable control.

The daya4d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. daya4d makes no guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously operational, although we make every effort to achieve uptime exceeding 99.9%.

Daya4d is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

11 Responsible Gaming
